I had stayed at this hotel on business and went back to see what it was like for a short break, i absolutely love the place. Its spotlessly clean, and the staff are terrific, very welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. more

We booked the hotel on-line about 6 weeks before and were limited to specific dates. I read the reviews and was so put off by them that I tried to cancel our holiday but would have lost 80% of our money. I then tried to change hotels but that wasn't possible either so I reluctantly went along with it thinking... more

If Estepona had a palace this would be it, everything about this hotel sings H10, which is spanish for 'top notch'! We spent a week at the hotel and found it to be clean, spacious, friendly and in a position to die for. From our balcony we could see Gibraltar, if you fancy a nice evening stroll you can be... more

My husband and I have just returned from a week's stay at this hotel and loved it. We found the staff helpful and friendly, the hotel clean if a little worn in parts and enjoyed our stay. The food is excellent, very varied and well presented. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfy. Beds and towels changed daily. The... more

I was suprised to see the reviewer criticise this hotel for not being family friendly. We spent half term at this hotel with our three children aged 7,5 and 3. The interconnecting rooms worked very well ( and although they were not ready on arrival the hotel staff were attentive and efficient in resolving) The location is great for a... more

Just returned from a 5 day stay with 2 children age 6 and 9. Hotel is huge and clean, but would not recommend particularly for children. The steps around the hotel and pool are hazardous, swimming pools were freezing cold, and had to walk down the road to the garage to buy ice creams!! The beach might be nearby but... more

Myself and my husband have just returned from a four night stay at H10 Estepona Palace, to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews on here about it. The hotel is a bright and airy hotel, and the communal areas are very spacious, lots of comfy seating everywhere. On arrival we we... more

On entering the hotel you get a very nice spacious lobby and reception desk. Staff were ok, although you felt they had been told to say 'hola' to every guest that walked past them even though you get the feeling they did not want to. We were given a beach view room, which was very bland but very clean and... more

We have just returned from this hotel from a 5 night stay. Our Room over looked a building site, Staff entrance/exit and the underground carpark. The corridors leading to the room had stained carpets and were always littered with cleaning equipment .At midnight the staff hold a disco from their cars maybe this was the Ronda nightclub. Cockrels crow at... more
