An absolutely fantastic resort in the Andalucia state of Southern Spain, one of Europe's best tourist destinations. The region is rich in history, culture and heritage including Roman, Arab and Moorish influences in the architecture, language and culture. Playa Andaluza is a beachfront resort and is perfectly located to explore everything that the region gas to offer. Though you can... More

We stayed in this resort in a very quiet season (February) end enjoyed the rather empty roads, restaurants and beaches. The resort leaves nothing to be desired (WiFi in the rooms maybe, but there is a workaround), the rooms are huge, the kitchen complete. More

An excellent location, but rooms are of variable quality and the service can be chaotic and disorganised. As a timeshare resort it is disappointing given the maintenance fees and upfront costs owners must pay. Better is expected of Marriott. More

We have stayed in many Marriott resorts in the past and always found them to be of very high standard. It is timeshare vacation club similar to the 3 others they have in Europe (Paris, Mallorca and Marbella). Just as the Marbella resort is actually in Elviria, this one is between San Pedro and Estepona. It is about 25kms further... More

when compared to the breakfast buffet at Marbella Beach and Son Antem, playa andulza's was poor. Choice was not as expansive as we would have expected [ especially as we have eaten at both Marbella Beach and Son Antem] and it was expensive. The food was not cooked to order and the children were very dissapointed that there were no... More

Very high quality apartment, well equiped kitchen area, 3 flatscreen TVs with most UK channels and DVD player, beds were comfy and maid service every day. Could do with WiFi rather than a fixed line internet connection. We were told (as we were checking out!) we could have got a router from the on-site shop but not sure if you... More

My gilrfriend and I spent a 4-day period in this great time sharing hotel during Feb 1st-Feb 4th, 2012. The service was great, our 2-bedroom room was spacious, large bath + shower + best of all a super comfortable King size bed where even a bigger fellow as myself can sleep well! Our package offer included a round of golf with... More

We had a great stay at the Playa Andaluza in October 2011. Totally amazed by all of the pools and avaiable activites for adults and kids alike. It was really nice to have a balcony, we spent each night relaxing on the balcony. The beach was nice - wide and sandy, but as previous reviews mention, the entrance to the... More

Although it was the off-season and a few things (the restaurant) were closed for upgrades, this was a wonderful resort. Very family friendly with lots for the kids to do alone or as a family. The bucket of sand toys by the beach entrance was a great touch. We were traveling with an infant and were quite surprised to find... More

We had a greate two week trip to this well run resort. The rooms are all very spacious and well maintained (place was immaculate every day). The furnishings and the kitchen equipment looked brand new. The rooms wired internet and you can 'borrow' a wireless router for free. If you are a technophobe they'll even set it up for you.... More
