We enjoyed three nights at this wonderful hotel. Our package included accommodation in a junior suite, breakfast each day, two rounds of golf at Sherry Golf (a great golf course in very good condition), a welcome dinner on our first night, and a special Gala dinner on New Years' Eve. The Gala dinner was excellent (the welcome dinner on our... More

We say one night and moved to the Iberostar Why : - Golfs included in the package where up to an hour of drive (there are 3 x golf course within 10 km) - with 24 °C the swimming pool was closed because it is out season - Main restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday - The decoration of our... I feel like I stayed in a different hotel than most who have reviewed here. First, the good: I suspect if I was a guest at a wedding here, I'd think it was great. The location is good, the building is historic and the hallways have interesting antiques. We "peeked in" to the fine dining restaurant and it had lovely... More

Lovely hotel, lovely town, made even better by the fact that we had temperatures of 28 degrees and full sun for our three day stay! I had read in previous reviews that the front desk staff were not that helpful ...certainly not the case for our visit, every one of the team was very helpful and courteous. A fascinating building,... More

This old convent is a beautiful hotel. Parking is through a door at the rear of the building. The room was very large and the bathroom was beautiful. The air conditioning could be better and might be an issue in the summer heat. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent at fair prices. The hotel has a nice pool area... More

The sound of nuns feet no longer tap along the corridors of this former convent, but the peace, tranquillity and beauty testify that this was once home to the 18th century Capuccino nuns of St. Clare. The Monastery was founded in the 18th century and ceased to be a convent in 1974. It opened in 1989 as a beautiful 4star... More

Situated in the old port area the hotel is within walking distance ( 5 minutes) of the many restaurants, bars and cafes. The port was very hot and busy but the hotel was airy and cool with lots of quiet areas to sit and relax. We spent a lot of time around the swimming pool which was spotless with plenty of... More

Great central location. Stayed 3 nights and didnt really venture too far from the swimming pool which was one of the great features. Breakast was also very good value. The internal room we stayed in was a little dated and the rooms over-looking the pool may well be better and have the added benefit of a balcony. Overall excellent value... More

Good location, nice rooms and lovely quiet pool area. Quite a busy hotel for functions, but not particularly noisy. We stayed for 6 nights and used the hotel as base for getting out and about to explore the nearby towns and villages. Just a part of a great holiday in the area.

Stayed for 1 night - had 2 rooms. Both rooms looked very tired and the plastic floors installed on top of the old carpet floors were worn through leaving the old carpets below visible - in both rooms. Such a pity in an otherwise nicely remodeled old monestery. The hotel needs to urgently refurbish - at least the 2 "superior"... More
