Just back from two nights All Inclusive here First the good things: The staff are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful from the start, from the cleaning staff to receptionists to bar staff etc etc. The food is amazing. A wide variety and of a very high standard. As for entertainment, don't miss Alfred the singer (he has an amazing... More

Not stayed in this chain before but very pleasantly surprised but some very nice touches.firstly we were on a road trip from Seville so only had a rough idea of arrival time.we made good time and arrived at midday to check-in not a problem-we even got upgraded to a suite. I've stayed in plenty of hotels who don't permit you... More

The prior night to arriving at this hotel we had stayed at a bare bones tired hotel on the southeast coast as that was the only room we could get after driving over 8 hours. The following day we then went to Gibraltar and a local recommended that we go to Chiclana to get to a nice location with a... More

The Barrosa Garden was wonderful. We booked last minute (day before) and weren't expecting much (in April we stayed at our first all inclusive hotel and vowed never to do it again). The hotel itself is beautiful and to be so big very well taken care of! The rooms are decent and the terrace is large. Free wifi thru out... More

We are regular visitors to Hipotels although we usually stay in the Gran Conil y Spa or the Flamenco just a bit further south than Barrosa. This was our first visit to the Nuevo Sancti Petri and Barrosa area. We arrived a little later than planned and had missed dinner but were delighted when the very nice receptionist said he... More

We stayed at the end of August for 9 days in the Barrosa Garden. This is the fifth time we have been all inclusive in Hotels in Greece, Turkey and Spain and it is by far the best one even though the others were very good. The food served as buffet is excellent; a lot of fresh fish, king prawns,... More

I agree with most of the other reviewers. We were full board and the food at all three meals was some of the BEST we've ever had. It was even better, more varied and fresher than anything we've ever had on any cruise. We went at the end of April, and it rained all day of every day of our... More

Great welcome from staff in a beautiful, bright, clean reception area. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food to be of a good quality, freshly cooked in front of you and the puddings were amazing. Two lovely big pools with plenty of sunbeds. There were lots of lounge areas as well with big comfy sofas. Big... More

We booked ourselves 3 nights. On arrival at the hotel, we were confronted with some misunderstanding between the booking agent and the hotel. However, the latter quickly assured us that the problem would be solved. even though they were not part of the problem. A quick phone call to Gibraltar cleared the misundertanding and we were able to stay. As... More

My husband and I visited the Barrosa Gardens in September this year on a last minute deal. This was via a well known English company. All inclusive (which we normally would not take). We found Nova Santa Petri a nice area and the beaches very good. The hotel is clean food very good and service very good. Although fully inclusive... More
