I went to Cádiz for the first time not sure what to expect, but chose this hotek because of location. It was easy to find on the main road, and a parking garage is very close. The front desk staff was extremely helpful (and spoke English). They gave us maps, taught us exactly when and where to catch the buses,... More

We stayed for 4 nights in April. The Hotel is clean and comfortable, and very well located for the Playa Victoria (which is a lovely beach, 2km of soft golden sand). Cadiz old town is definitely worth visiting, with lots of lovely plazas and winding streets. From the hotel, the town is approximately 30 minutes walk along the promenade, although... More

Stayed for one night at the Regio hotel in Cadiz in august, and were extremely dissapointed with the standard and size of the room for the expensive price we paid. The hotel gets top scores for cleanliness, the room smelt of disinfectant and the bathroom although very small, was clean and modern. Dark, dated room, with no charm and a... More

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. We didn't get the room we booked online which was suppsed to have a terrace but our double room was cool and comfortable. The shower room was almost as big as the bedroom and there was a good pressure in the shower. The room itself was not very big... More

Hotel was chosen for price and location and did not disappoint. On a Main Street handy to shops and about 60m from the beachfront. Room was clean, quiet and the air con worked great! Desk staff even spoke a little English which was good as my Spanish is sketchy to say the least. Cadiz was great and I would revisit... More

The hotel is really just a short walk from the seafront, bars and restaurants in Cadiz. If your on a budget you won't go far wrong if you choose to stay here. As a business traveller my only real complaint is that the 8:00am start for breakfast is too late. It's not really a problem as you can get an... More

Hotel to recommend. Near the bus station to the old town and near the beach. Spacious rooms with double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful sleep even though the hotel is on a busy road. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Solid buffet breakfast. Very kindly and helpful staff speaks excellent English. Free internet.

I stayed in the hotel Regio for a week recently after a medical emergency arose with a member of my family. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The staff were pleasant and helpful always, their English was better than my Spanish. The wifi dropped out occasionally but I could not say it was a critical issue for me.... More

I stayed in December and had the place to myself. My room was fine, very good for £45. The weather was cool and there was no need for aircon. Differences in these circumstances may explain some of the previous negative reviews clearly posted in the summer when the hotel was busy. The breakfast range offered was very good. There is... More

I don't understand some if the negative reviews about this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are spotless, staff very helpful and friendly. 5 mins from the glorious Victoria Plaza beach. We didn't have breakfast here because of some of the other reviews but very happy with our choice of hotel
