The beach with troves of bars and restaurants are just 50 meters away, the old town about 2 kilometers away. The hotel parking is right next door at a parking structure. Good breakfast, but the rooms can be a bit noisy, both through the thin walls and from the street.

Clean, nice location. Close to the beach and many beachfront restaurants and tapas bars. Highly recommend Mandilla on this stretch. Great food. Hotel cons: really thin walls so bring ear plugs. Staff not as helpful during the day; nighttime desk clerk very sweet and helpful. Beach towels are 1.5 euros each and they are badly worn and small. The power... More

Thank you for your opinion, is very important for us. The beach towels we will change in few days for better ones. We don´t know why your key doesn´t work in the room, because this is not usual. Anyway, we are so gratefully you choose our hotel during your stay in Cadiz. Thank you More

I sometimes travel and stay in the Cadiz province for business purposes. During low season, I'll stay in Cadiz city since prices are so low, and I have stayed at the apartments of this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you stay in their apartments, you are provided with everything you need for long stays! spacious common... More

Guys seem to be a bit confused themselves about what category are they in - 4 stars or 3. They were 3 definitely in the past, as they still sell(!) slippers with 3 stars printed, 3 stars are printed on the emergency exits map etc. Now they try to fit in higher class. Better they should not. Breakfast is not... More

We stayed at The Hotel Spa Cadiz for one night on a day trip to Cadiz. We wanted somewhere within an easy commute to the old town and on the beach and in that sense the Hotel Spa Cadiz Plaza is in a good spot on a plaza surrounded by a busy stretch of the beach that runs along the... More

I cannot stress enough how nice and professional the staff was. The hotel is conveniently located near Victoria Beach and walking distance to wonderful restaurants. However, there seems to be a problem with either their plumbing or circuity to the sea because our initial delight turned to disgust when we returned to our room after a great dinner , stroll... We were very fortunate and got upgraded to a one bed apartment which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with the exception that we had to request that the sofa bed be made up for our son as they only had one double bed for three of us! When I asked they said that our son could... More

Stayed here on the nights of Fri 5th April and Sat 6th April on the First Floor. Really liked my room: Functional, comfortable, great bathroom, the best selection of bathroom toiletries ever! Sea view from my room (101) but be aware that the hotel is a couple of buildings back from the sea front. This means that you can see... More

We stayed at the hotel on the weekend of April 5 to 7. Friendly staff on check in and were given a room on the first floor. We went out for dinner and when we came back there was a strong sewer smell in the room. The front desk was very apologetic and immediately gave us another room on the... More

We spent two nights at this hotel during the July high season. The price was fine, and if you're there for the beach, the location is great. That said, we ended up spending very little time at the beach, so the walk to the historic downtown along the promenade is definitely on the longer side (30-45 min each way). We... More
