Telegraph recommended hotel. We wanted a reasonably priced small hotel in the old town and weren't disappointed. Within walking distance of the railway station although not easy to find in the back streets - the old town near the cathedral/mosque is really a rabbit warren. The room was small but adequate - from memory you could upgrade, horses for courses... More

We are staying three nights in a city we love in the only hotel we want to stay in in the future. It is a gem. Breakfasts were excellent, with eggs, ham, cheese, Freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, teas. We chose to have ours in the downstairs room rather than have delivery to our rooms. Our room had an... More

I just returned from a trip to Andalucia that included a stay at this spectacular hotel. My family booked two rooms, both spacious, quiet and appointed with beautiful furnishings, both with lovely functioning whirlpool baths. Breakfast was included and prepared to order. The location was very central, minutes from the Mezquita. Marble staircase, marble bathroom, persian rugs added to the... More

Great staff. So kind and willing to help. The room was quite cozy and quiet. Whirlpool bath, large tv with muchos channels. Sorry we didn't stay longer. Centrally located so what's to complain about. Book it.

We spent two nights just before the new year and it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff work really hard and go out if their way to assist. The good part about being such a small outfit is that they multi task so nothing is too hard or impossible. Breakfast is very efficiently organised but only served from 8am... More

Fabulous little hotel - just 9 rooms - and reached by negotiating some very narrow (by narrow, I mean fold the mirrors in, so they don't scrape the walls...) lanes in the beautiful and walled Jewish quarter. The service and character is precisely what you'd expect with a hotel of this class. We were in room 241, which is the... More

Hospederia de El Churrasco used to be a family home. There are nine spacious and comfortable rooms. It's close to everything you should see in Cordoba. The staff are efficient and friendly, and the breakfast was big, and tasty. (Great coffee, too.) The wifi was free and the signal was strong.

Little we can add to the glowing reviews. Hospederia de El Churrasco is a beautiful small hotel that was clearly restored with loving care in a 300-year-old building. Huge bathroom, and beautiful furnishings and classic details throughout. The neighborhood is charming and you are within walking distance of all the main attractions of Cordoba. One caution, the connected restaurant is... More

We stayed for 2 nights in a double room facing the interior lobby of the hotel. The hotel is charming, elegant furnished, and with a great location. Service was excellent and breakfast was great. However, we found our room rather small and the outlook toward the lobby definitely took away from the charm. We also found the room noisy at... More

Really beautiful small hotel restored with loving care in a 300-year-old building. We asked for a room with a larger bed and were upgraded to Room 241, which was outstanding. It has a small balcony, a huge bathroom, and beautiful furnishings and classic details (shutters, etc.) in the bedroom. I saw no elevator, so the stairs could be an issue... More
