The location is excellent. The room and bathroom are average. The patio is under construction and there is no kitchen now. The hotel is centrally located to everything. The room was clean but average, nothing special, but not bad. The staff was average, not overly friendly, but not mean. We only stayed here one night and it was pleasant. It is only a few blocks to the water front and the central part of town which was very handy. more
