No bar, no restaurant, breakfast poor quality. The good things were room was clean, excellent parking and the reception staff very good, the surrounding area appeared run down and it was quite a walk to the Historic Town. More

Stayed here with Trafalgar tour. Having stayed in 4 star properties on 10 prior nights, this hotel could not possibly claim 4 star status. Initial room had a heavy smoke smell even though it was alleged to be non-smoking. Second room was margiinally better. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel itself is quite nice and the room was nice and clean. Poor sound insulation though. Didn't appreciate the cleaners yelling at each other in the hallway and making a racquet at 7:45am or the supermarket delivery truck dropping off the morning supplies outside our room at 7:00am. This hotel was a big disappointment. Location is poor with a half an hour walk to centre.
