I stayed two nights earlier this month at Hostal Triunfo and am convinced that it is one of the best-located properties in Cordoba. From the tiny balcony of my room I could almost touch the walls of the Mezquita, the pride of Cordoba and one of the most amazing sights I have seen in all my years of travelling. The... More

Very centrally-located hotel, by the Roman Bridge and next to Mezquita. Good free wi-fi and all other standard facilities available plus cafe/restaurant if required. Can be a little noisy due to hub location but otherwise excellent.

We had room right infront of Mezquite, room`s decoration was nice, good bathroom, big wardrobe. We have no claims :) If you want to stay in Cordoba, you can stay in Hostal El Triunfo without doubts. Well, waiter in restraunte was a little slowly and not very polite.

I made a reservation for 4 people (all girls ages 27 to 31). We were in town for the feria and this was the cheapest / most reasonable place we can find. The location was great because it was right by the Mezquita and an easy 15 - 20 minutes walk to the feria. The rooms were really basic. I... More

Although they might have a good location, or good prices - it's not worth it if their cleaning staff steals! We were staying there for two nights, and when we were packing I noticed that my expensive designer t-shirt is missing. I traveled in it when coming to Cordoba, and put it in the closet, which means they couldn't take... More

On arrival we were offered Room 11 buried deep in the bowels of the building- all four windowless walls are internal, and very old. With no natural light, the only illumination was from one dull fluorescent light. There was a severe problem with damp- the room smelled mouldy and the sheets were damp and cold and there were more than... More

This premises looks, at first glance, to be a modest hotel in a superb location; it is not! It is a pit in a superb location. Desk staff spend more time staring moodily into their screens than greeting paying guests; there was no attempt to engage with guests or to offer advice. We were given Room 10 and 11. DO... More

Zero service, not even acknowledged at front desk, not thanked on departure, details incorrect from my passport. Noisy, very noisy. Shower broken. Worst night's sleep. Been traveling in Europe for 5 weeks often different hotel each night with my partner and 10yo son. This is the second worst hotel we've stayed in. Horrible. (The worst didn't even have hot water).... More

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location, right next to the Mezquita and the river. But the hotel itself is fine, better than I was expecting. Our room was small but very clean with a nice, modern bathroom and a TV. The buffet breakfast was quite basic (bread rolls, ham, cheese, jam, fruit, orange juice, coffee etc)... More

The hotel is located in front of the Mezcita. But location is about the only good thing about this hotel. Staff was great too, but I won't score the hotel higher for good service because the most fundamental "ingredient" in a hotel, a place to sleep, failed big time. There is not much traffic on the street in front of... More
