Nice enviroment. Definitely the best feature was that it's, literally, beside the mosque. Its clean, and comfortable enough. The staff isn't the most cheerful crowd, but they won't be rude to you either. Breakfasts are a dissapointment. I will never know how Spaniards live a full morning of coffee and bread. more
Other than the fact that it is centrally and conveniently located, I have nothing good to say about this hotel. As a previous reviewer stated, the administrative personnel are not very nice, in fact, they are almost rude. Besides, they tried to charge me for two extra nights when I checked out, I don't know if intentionally or not. One... more
Excellent location just over the road from the cathedral and in the heart of the old town. Nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Rooms pretty basic - we were in one of the roof -top rooms which was quite hot in October so I guess would be extremely hot in the summer. Good value but not luxury. Choose... more
The hostal's location can't be faulted, it's right next to the Mesquita and in the old town, yet still relatively easy to reach by car. The room itself wasn't huge, but was sufficient. Overall I had a pleasant experience at this Hostal. The excellent location makes it good value for money, even if anywhere else a few little hiccups would have been less easy to forgive: namely the small room with a tiny window and the fact that because it was busy, it took almost 30 minutes to check out. Originally we were... more
I went before Easter 2007 and stayed for 2 nights. I paid 80 Euros per night, although not particularly high for peak season but enough to expect clean and comfortable accomodation. The room is not small but not spacious as well. The room is clean but all the furnishings are old and have stains everywhere, I went to bed worrying... more
We read some good reviews of this hotel on the internet and in our Let's Go book so we decided to check it out. Though it has a great location (right by the rear walls of the Mezquita) and is located in a historical neighborhood, the hotel and the rooms were a bit bland and lacked character. Our room was... more
Our room was clean and pleasant. The water took some time to get hot, but there was plenty. Even though it was next to La Mezquitq it was not noisy. It was a shame that it had no English TV and I didn't know of the success of the Red Sox until a Minneapolis tourist saw my Red sox cap... more
Très bien situé. Tous les monuments incontournables sont à proximité. Contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire, le personnel... more
