The hotel is conveniently located with the Mezquita and the Alcazar within 10-15 mins walking distance. Rooms are clean with strong wifi and cool aircon (on 3th floor). However, the service is disappointing. Check-in was slow - the lady at the check-in desk asked me to leave my passport with them for registration and only gave it back to me... More

This is the last hotel on our road trip, I was looking for a hotel in the old town, but needed secure parking as the car was full of stuff, this hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the town as it is only 500mtrs from La Mezquita, and all the bars, the hotel is only a 1* so not the... More

The owners have three places -- a hotel, a hostal, and some apartments. This review is for the hostal. My room had only one tiny window with metal bars over it, opening onto to the interior courtyard. I got up at 7:00 am to go outside and found that the exterior door to the courtyard, and hence the only possible... More

First thing to say is the hotel is in a great location, very central. But we were in an apartment in a separate building with high ceiling and therefore quite cold because the main building was occupied by a french tour group of schoolchildren, with whom we had to fight over the breakfast buffet in the morning and a place... What a find this is. No complaints, whole hotel spotlessly clean, good shower and fine breakfast with great location near the old part of town. Car parking facility excellent. For those driving, very easy to find if you are not put off by no entry signs which are not relevant to those going to a hotel. Will certainly use again... More

My husband, son and I booked a room at the Hostal Maestre, a sister hotel to the Hotel Maestre, next door. Loved it the minute we walked in, but my son was on crutches and our room was up stairs (stairs are very narrow in old buildings), the person in the reception immediately called next door hotel Maestre and sent... Good location. Very close to major sights.....In the old part of town. Easy walk to everything you want to see in Cordoba. Wi Fi didn't work in room. Had to go to lobby to connect but not that big of a deal. We were there for 4 days. Staff was extremely helpful...we needed some things printed out and they were... More

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Hostal Maestro, the next-door budget sister of the Hotel Maestro. The person who checked us in was professional if a little distracted. Parking was full, which could easily have been a nightmare had we not lucked out on a tiny street slot into which we could barely fit our tiny Seat sedan.... More

Hotel Maestre is a budget hotel. As we were travelling as a family we had used TripAdvisor for our choice. The room we choose was an apartment with enought beds to sleep 7-8 people. It had a small bathroom and kitchen. The lounge area was also the dining area. It was modest but clean and certainly met our requirements. We... More

Just spent one night at Maestre. Our room (number 4) was large but rather dark and had no outside windows. The car park is a nightmare. The breakfast was poor quality. Not really very impressive. The coffee was awful, the orange juice watered down and the wifi did not work.
