We stayed at this Parador for one night this weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. We are members of the amigos incentive scheme and managed to get a great deal. We had a huge junior suite on the 3rd floor the size of a modest flat! The deal included breakfast. We had lovely views from 3 large windows overlooking Cordoba.... More

Is it the city or is it the hotel? Well a wonderful city is better with a great hotel. These hotels are expensive at 150 euros, but they make the vacation. Located at a higher altitude, it overlooks the city. Modern and romantic at the same time. Get reservations first and ask for directions. Most Paradors are in the center... More

As another review notes, this Parador was very, very difficult to find. Was told that this was because all signs had been taken during roadworks - a poor excuse I felt. The real problem started at check-in when we asked to reserve a table for dinner and were told: "Oh, there is no need for that!" and they would not... More

Yes, this parador is more modern than others and is out of the city center. But it's also not as expensive as other paradors and has an awesome view. However, even with GPS we found it nearly impossible to find. I've stayed in and visited many paradors in Spain but this was the most difficult to find and there were... More

This Paradore was very modern and built on the grounds of an old palace, high above Cordoda. The view of the city was spectacular, especially at night. The room was large and well appointed. To get downtown to visit the old city requires a taxi ride (8-10 euros, 10-15 minutes). We had dinner at the hotel and it was a... More

A very nice large modern hotel, different than most paradors. Despite the help from our GPS and having the correct address, it is difficult to find due to poor signage. Keep driving until you see it. It is on the city side of the street, just past an intersection. The gardens and view are great. The hotel, however, is a... More

This parador is a very pleasant new hotel. We had great difficulties finding it as there were no signs saying "Parador" as there are with the others. It is set on a hill overlooking the town - very beautiful. The bathroom is poorly designed (must close the door when you are sitting because the door bangs directly into the toilet... More

...difficult to find due to bad signage. The hotel is fine and the room we had was huge with a balcony which overlooked the city. The bathroom is poorly designed, as the door slams into the toilet. As such you have to ensure the door is closed if you require to use the facility. Breakfast is good and varied, served... More

We stayed for 2 nights and found the Parador very comfortable...pleasant spacious room overlooking car park.but no matter ! The spacious grounds are pleasant, quite steeply terraced down to a lovely swimming pool..downside it didn't open until 12 noon, so no early morning swim possible ! We ate in the restaurant the 1st night.I chose for a starter the Salmorejo (type... More

This was our 2nd parador using our 5 day pass. Although we booked the room 9 months in advance we were given a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the parking lot - not that there's a great view of the city or should I say that compared to every other parador we stayed in (6 total) there's not much...
