Loved the location on the first night of our trip in May, 2010. It was just opposite the Mezquita. On our return trip, we had a room at the back of the hotel that wasn't as nice, but the location couldn't be beat. Very friendly staff.

Granted I went in with low expectations based in the price, but I have t say I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Lots of unique character and charm. Right in the middle of everything and very clean. Be prepared to hear the Mezquita bells in the mornings.

Moorish-style hotel in the heart of the city - very spacious and clean. Ours had a unique view of the side door of the Mezquita. Breakfast in a beautiful courtyard. It's possible to book the accommodation only, without breakfast. Excellent value for money especially considering the location. Definitely to be recommended!
