The main positive - difficult to get a better location than this for visiting Cordoba - right beside the mosque-cathedral & in the heart of the 'old town' area. Staff were friendly, room was ok but a bit small for the three of us (1 adult 2 kids). The main negative - getting there by car. The one-way system round... More

This hotel is perfectly situated just across from the Masquita. If you arrive by car, make sure to ignore the Restricted Area signs, since you ARE allowed to enter if you are a guest of the hotel. We had two rooms (a double and a triple) that were next to each other, with cool marble floors and a mini fridge.... More

Located perfectly covering all major tourist attractions of Cordoba, very close to the mosque and a lot of good restaurants. Rooms are a bit ordinary but manageable given the good service. Washrooms need to be looked into very seriously though!

We spent seven nights here in August and enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and had a view directly onto the walls of the mosque. While the view was special with hindsight we would have though preferred a room with a balcony overlooking the patios. We took breakfast everyday, there was an extensive range on offer and was reasonably... More

At the price I was very pleased with this hotel. The location, right by the cathedral, is very convenient. You have to drive through the very busy restricted area to reach the hotel, but it has secure underground car parking on site. Check-in was efficient and the room clean, small, cool and comfortable enough. Breakfast was fine. The garden is... More

As close as you can get to the cathedral and city centre, but rooms w/o any ambiance or charm. Cleaning so so, bad AC capacity. We had to change room due to non functional AC and bad wifi, but we felt we got a basement room, but with slightly better air and wifi. Not a room to remember, but beds... More

Now there can't be that many hotels around that have roman ruins and mosaics being excavated in their basement, and whose walls are within touching distance of a 8th century mosque. History is literally all around you in Cordoba, especially in the heart of the old city which is where this comfortable, well-run hotel is. The reception staff give out... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on our honeymoon four years ago. I'm just this minute recommending it to a friend. The location can't be beat: it's right across the street from the glorious Mezquita and in the heart of the old city. The hotel was clean and modern and nice, with fabulous air conditioning--much appreciated in the... More

For our stay in Cordoba which is a tourist's paradise Hotel Exe Conquistador, provided us a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very centrally located with excellent staff, who gave service with a smile. Breakfast was well served and very substantial with a lot of variety. Very centrally located just opposite the Mesquita. The ambience is most picturesque. The room was... More

Just the restaurant of this hotel alone makes it worth it. They're food and service are first rate. That said, the hotel was very nice as well and had everything we could want in a hotel. It was clean, spacious and had a nice atmosphere.
