We agree with previous reviews: a clean and comfortable base, with helpful and friendly staff. Really lovely courtyard (but check it's not booked out for a wedding the night you're there). Parked car for 2 night stay and walked everywhere. We had room (205) opposite Mesquita wall - quite amazing! Regarding access: we stayed end June 2009, and roadworks had... more

Stayed in 2 bed apartment with wife, 2 kids and my mother. Lovely, modern, restored apartment around the corner from the main hotel. 3 bathrooms, comfy pull out bed, good airconditioning. Staff in hotel were helpful. Location is superb - the hotel is opposite the mezquita and the apartment only 2 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants around. We had breakfast... more

I had expected more from this hotel because it was highly ranked among Trip Advisor reviewers. This was definitely NOT a 4-star by U.S. standards. I would equate this hotel to a 2 star, at best. We requested a king size bed through Priceline/Booking.com and were given a 2 double beds. We had to argue with them for a while... more

This hotel is in a wonderful location, it cannot be better placed for visiting the main sites. If you are driving though, with the terrible oneway system and the current roadworks it is almost impossible to find the hotel and it's good car park. I suggest contacting the hotel for instructions. The breakfasts were very good and the evening meal... more

We stayed here because the price was right, the location was across from the Mezquita, and the pictures and reviews were good. We were not disappointed! Although we had twin beds, the room was spacious and clean. We paid $276 for two nights, ate no meals there at all, did not use the mini bar, and were perfectly happy. It... more

Wonderfully central location; during the day the neigborhood gets a bit touristy as a result. Staff is busy but efficient and helpful. Rooms are on the sparse side, but clean, quiet and functional. The garage underneath the hotel is a big help,-- once you've gotten there. The patio is a delight. JMH more

First if all, we were able to have a good deal on Internet if we compare to the price announce on the door room. The location...you can't be closer to the Mezquita than this hotel. When you arrive in town, follow the indications for the Mesquita. Then south of the Mezquita is a barrier (a pole blocking the street) and... more

This hotel is fabulously located near the major tourist sites in Cordoba. The room was clean and comfortable and a typical size for European hotels. The staff was efficient and attentive, though not what you would call friendly. more

The hotel is great. Simle but stylish Andalusian style rooms, with great bathrooms and fabulous airconditioning. Try to get a superior room as the carpeted hallway makes for a queiter night. The lack of carpeting on some hallways is the only downside I could see at this hotel. Would still recommend and revisit without heistation. When reviews say this hotel... more
