Full of character and history, Hotel Balcon de Cordoba is in a perfect location where you can easily walk to all the attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of charm and elegance tastefully done to compliment the character of the building. From Reception to Housekeeping and the staff in the dining room, the service and cheeriness we received... More

I were delightfully surprised with this hotel...your localization is perfect despite of the distance between it and the nearest parking (if you are a foreign arriving at Córdoba by car, acess is difficult). But everything is rewarded for its beauty, good service, confort and localization.

Tiny and elegant, a few steps from the Mesquita, we had a room with terraces looking out in several directions. Such fun to go out and watch the sun go up and down. The staff of the hotel is excellent and Raul speaks perfect English. We got lost trying to get to the right street in the historic district and... More

Cordoba is a bit of a tourist trap. The noise and t-shirt shops can start to get on your nerves after a bit. Head to this fantastic hotel for a brief respite. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooftop terrace, while intimate, is welcoming and peaceful. There's a small but good tapas menu. It's a great place to relax... More

We were delightfully surprised at this charming 10 room hotel by the Mesquita. From the moment we walked in and were offered cold drinks during check-in, we were well taken care of. The views from the rooftop terrace were beautiful at every time of day and we took advantage by having our cocktail and tapas on our private terrace and... More

This is not the hotel for you if you like big places with a million people swarming to do your bidding. This is a tiny (albeit luxurious) hole in the wall built into a old palace in the old center of Cordoba, with antiquities and relics strewn about like some hotels use cheap art. There are 10 rooms, and probably... More

Stayed here for 2 nights from 6/26 to 6/28 in a twin room (#7- Didar). Small room but very efficiently organized. A bit of a tight fit with 2 large suitcases, but with an extra luggage stand, was able to make it work. This room has just one small window opening onto an interior court so it did not have... More

We had a wonderful stay at this small property of ten rooms situated around a central patio. Both of our rooms were on the ground floor, one was for handicap usage most near the patio which, although seemingly larger then most rooms, was very dark. The other was near the back of the property where a door opened onto the... More

We stayed here for three nights in June and we thought it was just perfect a really peaceful haven yet a few steps away from the Mezquita and the throngs of tourists.. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated and has many little places to sit and relax, either in the courtyards or on the viewing terrace upstairs. We stayed in... More

The Balcon de Cordoba has exquisite rooms in an excellent location. The staff are kind and intelligent. The restaurant has delicious local food. This may truly be one of the best hotels I've ever spent time in.
