A beautifully refurbished hotel in an amazing location with lovely staff. So convenient in the centre of the old town. you can sit under the stars on your own personal rooftop terrace and you can also dine under the stars in their rooftop dinning room with a magnificent view. The furnishing of the hotel has been done in a lovely... More

The Balcon de Cordoba hotel is an excellent boutique hotel. Its rooms are stylish, modern, spacious and attractive. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town almost next to the Moorish Palace, the Mesquita in the fabulous maze of streets that characterise the heart of this attractive old city. The staff were outstanding: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable,... More

This small hotel, steeped in history, is ideally situated in the centre of the 'Old City' and just a few short steps away from many restaurants and places of historical interest' The staff are super obliging and the rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned with a mini bar. The roof terrace has a magnificent view over the rooftops and... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Balcón de Cordóba hotel. July 2014. This is one of the very best small (10 room) hotels we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location, about 75m NE of the Mezquita is perfect, with easy walks to the Mezquita, Río Guadalquivir, Juderia, Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, Plaza de... More

Full of character and history, Hotel Balcon de Cordoba is in a perfect location where you can easily walk to all the attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of charm and elegance tastefully done to compliment the character of the building. From Reception to Housekeeping and the staff in the dining room, the service and cheeriness we received... More

I were delightfully surprised with this hotel...your localization is perfect despite of the distance between it and the nearest parking (if you are a foreign arriving at Córdoba by car, acess is difficult). But everything is rewarded for its beauty, good service, confort and localization.

Tiny and elegant, a few steps from the Mesquita, we had a room with terraces looking out in several directions. Such fun to go out and watch the sun go up and down. The staff of the hotel is excellent and Raul speaks perfect English. We got lost trying to get to the right street in the historic district and... More

Cordoba is a bit of a tourist trap. The noise and t-shirt shops can start to get on your nerves after a bit. Head to this fantastic hotel for a brief respite. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooftop terrace, while intimate, is welcoming and peaceful. There's a small but good tapas menu. It's a great place to relax... More

We were delightfully surprised at this charming 10 room hotel by the Mesquita. From the moment we walked in and were offered cold drinks during check-in, we were well taken care of. The views from the rooftop terrace were beautiful at every time of day and we took advantage by having our cocktail and tapas on our private terrace and... More

This is not the hotel for you if you like big places with a million people swarming to do your bidding. This is a tiny (albeit luxurious) hole in the wall built into a old palace in the old center of Cordoba, with antiquities and relics strewn about like some hotels use cheap art. There are 10 rooms, and probably... More
