Name: Banos Arabes de Cordoba, Calle Almanzor #18, 14003 Córdoba, España General: Note: The review is for the baths only, and not the adjoining hotel. Located in an alleyway in the old part of Cordoba, the owner has restored an ancient Roman/Arab baths to a convincing reproduction of the period. Columns, sculpted decorations, marble pools, vaulted ceilings give an authentic... More

This is a renovated spa set in an old moorish style house. The setting is beautiful. Details that evoke a mysterious sensual moorish past. The spa initself is a modern setting spa, not a traditional Arab hammam. There is a dead sea salt tub, a hot pool a cold pool massage rooms etc. Took a massage that was offered as... More

We didn't stay in the hotel. After walking all over the city we wanted relax in the Banos Arabes de Corboba. The receptionist was mute, he didn't talk to us and didn't explain were the changing rooms are and so on... The cleanliness was poor and the whole bath looked unattended. Maybe we got a wrong day, but we can't... More

Banos Arabes de Cordoba is located in the historical centre of the town, in a very quiet and beautiful street. Guests of the hotel can use the arab baths whenever they want, and we can guarantee this will make you happy. The rooms and baths are designed in arabic style and this creates a unique atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable,... More

We spent six nights in this delightful, small hotel. Having arrived by train we took a taxi to the hotel for just 6€, gaining our first glimpse of the tiny streets of this part of Cordoba. Our room (Lavender) was delightful, a large, comfortable room and very clean. The room had plenty of storage space, a well appointed shower room... More

Firstly - be careful - there are other banos arabes in Cordoba. This is a review of the Hospedaria Banos Arabes off calle Almanzor. The baths can be visted separately for 22 euros for unlimited time, but this is a review of the hotel. The situation is ideal for exploring the juderia, 3 minutes from the mezquita and the alcazar.... More

Beautiful Ist floor room overlooking the Arab baths on the ground floor(though made the air very humid in the room which , however, is air-conditioned if we'd wished it) - not a huge problem given time of year, though no outside window as such.Tucked round a side street within the Juderia, five minutes walk to the Mezquita and close to some... I actually booked this place having seen the reviews on booking.com and was not disappointed. There's no parking but the paid public car park is 5mins walk away just outside the city walls. If you're driving I wouldn't recommend trying to drive up the place even to drop your bags off as the streets are extremely narrow. We booked one... More

I've just stayed for 3 nights at the Baños Arabes de Cordoba (15-18 September 2011) and I must say it was a very pleasant stay, overall. People might be (unpleasantly) surprised by the (high) price of the rooms, but you have to remember this is a (only) 7 room B&B with a fantastic, wonderful, "wet" plus just below: - the... More

We came across this newly-opened hotel on our preferred booking website, just in time for the spring Festival of Patios. While still working out some of the kinks, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you are exploring Cordoba on foot. It is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the Mosque Cathedral, and hotel guests have... More
