Great gem of a place. Close to everything. Very quiet and has blackout drapes. The little frig is free! A few boxed drinks and water. Very clean. Good towels. Don't know why anyone would complain about this hotel. Has a heater but we did not need it. Loved the quiet.

Stayed here for two nights while traveling around Cordoba. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable facilities. The lady on the desk provided me with a lot of local information that helped us get the most out of our visit. Was very useful to have local car parking.

My husband and I stayed here two nights while visiting this lovely city. Room is clean and the bathroom is a nice size. Close to all the major sites. While here I would recommend that you take the Cordoba "free" walking tour great introduction to Cordoba.

Stayed here after seeing some reviews on TA and B.com. It's run ostensibly by a lovely lady and her 2 sons, who made a video on YT of how to get there!!! Great effort and appreciated. Upon arrival one of the sons jumped in our hired car and went off to park it for us.....so far so good. It's in... More

Family-owned and operated (parents speak Spanish, son speaks English). Owners were extremely helpful. No food available, but we were directed to a neighborhood bar 2 blocks away (Gris, next to the church) that served typical Spanish breakfast (toast/tomato puree/ham spread) and excellent coffee. Hotel is no-frills, with clean, large rooms, (we had no problems with shower as some other visitors... More

We got bumped to this hotel from Hotel Carpe Diem. I'm not sure how they compare, but there was nothing impressive about this place. It was just a cold room with two double beds pushed together. The shower was strange and we decided to just go to our next hotel and shower instead of using the one there. This is... More

Friendly owners. Mom & pop spoke Spanish, whilst sons spoke English. Very helpful. We walked from train station (20 min). Room was very warm in the cold winter. Good location to walk to nearby tourist attractions. Very convenient. They arranged for a very early taxi for us to the bus station. They have an photo album showing roman artifacts when... More

We had a great stay here back in Sept. We walked to the hotel from the train station (roughly 20 minutes, we travel with carry-on size backpacks only, no suitcases) and it was pretty easy to find even though it's in kind of a little back street. We had the help of Spanish SIM cards in our phone to aid... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Don Paula. It is located on a small, quiet plaza and is conveniently located to everything in the historical district of Córdoba. It is a small, family-run property and is very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Good: Location - waking distance to all old town. Room was spacious and clean. The family running the hotel was extremely nice - although not English speakers (except the young guy). Not so good: The room was cold, in spite of central heating. The lady was kind enough to give us a supplementary heating device, but still, the room was... More
