We stayed at Hotel Kaiserhof suite and were very pleased with the size of the room, the big windows, great with 2 tv's medium size toilet with shower, a big living room. Free parking place, beautiful to walk to town only 8 minutes away. Good breakfast buffet with options to different tastes, freshly made chefs waffles were great. The indoor... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights 6th /7th May. We were met by an extremely pleasant receptionist, who was most helpful. The room was comfortable and large and the bathroom was warm and well appointed. The hotel was very quiet and so our nights were not disturbed in any way. No tea or coffee facilities were provided in the... More

This is a nice hotel on the southeast side of the Innenstadt (the island), whereas most hotels are on the west side. But it a very nice and calm area and a it is only a quick walk away from the city island. The main building of the hotel is very nice and classic. Its swimming pool is beautiful. We... More

Design is a little old style (heavy carpets, heavy decor), but clean and with pretty sunlit rooms... Can recommend when staying in town... Parking in front is for free, decent breakfast... Other than that a mix of cozy & featureless...

We stayed one night. Excellent location with parking (free) off road outside the front of the hotel. The reception was warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was like an apartment with an entrance area, bath room and a toilet then lounge area and a separate bedroom with a plate of fruit for us. A nice touch. The only downside was... More

We chose this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Copenhagen to Berlin, and it was exactly what we needed. Location is not central, but only 10 mins walk from the old town. Service was extremely efficient and speedy on check in and check out. Off street parking right outside the hotel. We stayed in the guest house... More

I have been there a couple of times. It is a bit dated and has the charm of the late 70ies. The plus is the friendly staff, they are helpful and always on top of things. The rooms hover are not that great. The beds need an overhaul, only a very thin feather pillow and very hard mattresses. It is... More

Really, shag carpeting and BRIGHT Ronald McDonald RED SHAG Carpeting... once I got over that (not completely sure I am, yet...) the hotel was fine. nothing fancy, clean rooms, quiet suburb which was a short walking distance from the old city center, across a bridge or two (15 minutes) with safe street-side parking (for free). Breakfast was good, nothing fancy.... More

We decided to cut our journey from Brussels to Copenhagen and decided to find a hotel in Lübeck. We found this hotel thanks to Tripadvisor. We were not dissappointed. The hotel is close to the center of the city and you will get there by foot in 5'. We opted to eat at one the local taverns sitting outside under... More

Not far from the old town of Lübeck the Kaiserhof is very nice and quiet but , as in many older buildings , you need some luck to get the nicest room. Mine was under the roof and could be very hot .The weather had cooled a bit and there wasn't any problem of that kind. The pillow was awfully thin... More
