As a family, we are a regular visitor to this hotel. The staff are always helpful and friendly and multilingual. We would never hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff is never too busy to help and the breakfast is very good.

This hotel is very good for a stay in Lubeck. It is close enough to walk to the train station and the main sights of the old town. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were very well maintained.
