Hotel Wakenitzblick is an ideal place to stay in Lubeck. It is situated about a 10 minutes leisurely walk from the town centre. We stayed for two nights in a room with a balcony overlooking the Wakenitz. The hotel is a bit worn around the edges and could use a fresh-up (flaking paint etc. nothing major).
