I had instructions for getting there on public transport, which were wrong. The metro woman helped me, and I got there without too much trouble or a long walk. However, no one told me over the phone that the desk closes daily 1-5. So I had to sit on the steps and wait for the manager to return. It's an industrial neighborhood: very quiet at night, but no cafes, shops, or anything within walking distance. The only English tv was CNN, but I had free wi-fi in my room, so I was fine.
