This hotel was not for me the hotel room was tiny, had a very small window and the bathroom was smaller than that of a cruise ship. The carpets were so old they had lost there colour. The curtains didn't cover the window. The room was clean though and the hotel was very central. If you've booked and it's just... more

We chose this for the location and knew that "Garden Court" is only a catagory for Holiday Inn like Holiday Inn Express. Very plain exterior, looks like East Germany still, definately no charm, but across from the Leipzig super deluxe train station so very convenient. The room was fine, a one person bathroom but very modern. Front desk staff not... more

Locality is great, exit the main station on the West Side and the hotel is right across the street. Great if you are going for the WGT festival. If you are staying here, you need to book an executive room, as these rooms have ample space and a gorgeous big bathroom and hallway. The exec rooms are also located round... more

Perfect location across from the massive Leipzig train station, with the center of town just a short walk away. The rooms are small but ultra clean with ample dark wood. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, I didn't expect much but it ended up being one of the cleaner and better places during a two week tour of Germany. more

Don't know where they came up with the "Garden Court" because this was as far from that image as is possible. No garden anywhere that I could see. This is an older high-rise hotel across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and one can only give it points for a convenient location -- not much else. This was one of the... more

The rooms were OK - basic, but sufficient for an overnight stay. Breakfast staff had no idea how to treat guests. Several of them watched us like hawks throughout breakfast (we were the only guests in the dining room, as it was early), and if we put a foot 'wrong' they were on us like a ton of bricks! I... more

Apart from its location close to the train station, not many good things can be said about this hotel. Its exterior wasn't typical of a Holiday Inn, as it was shabby and dated. Although it is called a "Garden Court", there was definately no garden. We had booked through the central reservation line but there was no record of our... more

I couldn't imagine a better location if you use public transport. The hotel is literally across the street from the main train station, which is also a major tram station. To get to the historic centre and sites, you go under a long subway passage under the main ring road, and there you are! The room was comfortable and well... more

Not a fancy hotel but a good place to stay when your doing the city. The suites are just two small rooms but have everything you need for a short break. For 66 euro per night (through the holliday inn site) including breakfast it's a good bargain. more

An excellent hotel in Leipzig. Unpretentious, yet comfortable and friendly. Unbeatable location, directly across from the Hauptbahnhof and all trams. Above-average breakfast buffet. Air-conditioned rooms. Moderately priced. more
