Second visit in a month, and I will continue to use this hotel in future when on visits to Dresden. Yes it is in the suburbs, but that is what makes it special. There is tram access to the city centre every 10 minutes, and easy access by the train to the Airport, total journey costs 2.20 Euros. If you... More

Excellent location outside the centre of the City, with good sized rooms and a balcony. Only disappointment was the speed of the wifi, (that almost died after 7pm when most guests were using it). Free bottle of mineral water was a nice touch in the room.

We arrived at the hotel mid-afternoon and were greeted with a room with adjoining kids space that was both spacious and clean; so accommodating in fact that no one wanted to leave. When dinner time rolled around we dined at the nearby Oma & Opa Restaurant, which was excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful the... More

perfect hotel for an affordable family visit at Dresden. Only 10 minutes away from downtown, easy to reach with public transport or your own car. Best breakfast I ever had at a BW hotel. NOT to compare with the low level breakfast you get in the US. If you're renting a car, take a small vehicle since their parking lot... More

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions. Although the hotel is not in the city center, this wasn't an issue because a tram stop is located about a 5 minute walk away. We were even able to purchase our tram tickets at the front desk. Restaurants and grocery stores... More

Hotel is situated in a quiet side street away from the noise of the city centre, easy to reach by car. Tram (1 and 12) stop to centre 2 mins away on foot. About 15 min journey to Postplatz beside 'Zwinger'. Transport ticket available at reception. Room and bathroom immaculately clean, as is whole hotel- BW standard. Very good price... More

Well staffed hotel, they were helpful in providing us with a garage space for quite a cheap price. Good breakfast in continental style, however nothing regarding the food really stand out. The pub near the reception is quite cozy and provides just the right mood for a late night drink.

The hotel is located in quiet area and easy to reach by car. The parking is available in a garage below the hotel. On the other hand it's not in the city center. There is really a good selection at breakfast, the bar offers 24h service. I had an issue with a smell after smoking in my room despite no... More
