We booked the hotel room with HRS for 74 Euros a night, this including breakfast. We arrived by train (Bahnhof-Neustadt) and it was only 2 stations with the number 11 streetcar....so I would give it a thumbs up for location. Downside to this was the buildings in the neighborhood.
