Reception was efficient, friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout. The hotel provided all it claimed, it was comfortable, clean, in good order, with free parking. Unfortunately, it is ten minutes by tram from the city centre, so that may be a problem or not what everyone wants to have. A good choice if the location is suitable.

Everything was superb, room was excellent, staff friendly, food was good enough. Location of hotel is average from one point of view it is not in down town from other it is only 10 minutes far from centre by tram.

Which we did. We got a very nice room at the top floor with beautiful interior design. The only issue was the proximity to the road and the railways of the trains. So keeping the windows open had its impact, but could be somehow controlled, by opening those facing away. The most important thing about this hotel, apart from the... More

The photographs of the hotel do not really show its true position, adjacent to a very busy road and near a bridge crossing the Elbe. Thus, if you need the windows open at night, there is considerable traffic noise. It is close to the tram stop and is convenient for getting in to the city. We chose a balcony room... More

The hotel was easy to find and the staff very pleasant. The location was not the best as it is a brisk 45 minute walk to the centre of the town. However, the walk alongside the river is interesting and I made sure I took a taxi back. The room was the standard Mercure type and so you know what... More

First of all: choose this hotel only when you have your own means of transport. It's way out of town, bus/tram/train somewhat erratic and rather poor over the weekends. Due to the "U"-shape of the building, the river views are limited even on the "right" side of the building. Also: the pretty "balcony with a view" as shown on their... More
