A nice hotel situated in a very good position. Close to the main railway station, the main shopping street and all the main tourist sites. The rooms are spotless and a reasonable size for two people, Bathrooms a bit small but modern and clean. Reception staff OK but not amazing. Restaurant staff need a bit of customer service training

We stayed two nights at the hotel. Excellent location at the central shopping area near the main train station. Very good dinner. Absolutely exceptional breakfast buffet, which was included with the room.

As we arrived in Dresden on the train from Krakow the hotel was located just five minutes from station the hotel was very central to everything however the rooms were very very small if you dont suffer from claustrophobia then this is a great hotel

The command of English of receptionists has improved tremendously, their manners as well. The rooms are small but for one night stay they suffice. Very dangerous is the floor in the bathroom which is some 5-10 cm above the room floor. It is hard to believe that in the 21st century the hotel charges extra for WiFi internet connection.

We traveled with a child (14 months). Receptionist rejected our internet booking of a double room, insisted on a room for 3 persons (15 Euro more). Also we booked a crib, but receptionist was sure that there was no any crib in the hotel but only "baby bett". It took 15 minutes of debates with her to get finally or... More

While the room is out of date and quite small, the service was great, the location is unbeatable and for the low price why would you stay anywhere else? I stayed here for one night. It is easy walking distance to the train station and the picturesque centre of town. Beware - the lifts are very very slow!

To start off with the positives, this hotel's location is wonderful; near tons of shops, dining, and only about 5 mins walk from train station. For this reason, thers's always people walking around from morning to late night. The street never get empty which makes you feel safe.
