The hotel is located hillside with a beautiful view over the city. The rooms are big with plenty of space, clean and tidy. Just the furniture seems to me a bit run down. The staff was well acquainted with skills, relaxed and very friendly. They did everything to feel me welcome. A spa is situated in the groundfloor and for... More

We couldn't book the hotel we had stayed in on our previous visit to Chemnitz and that was a disappointment. Pentahotel was the first hotel that came up when I searched. I feel like I have hit the hotel lottery! This place is amazing! From the landscaping in the front all the way to the top floor loft suite with... More

This is one of the best hotels in Chemnitz for business or short holiday stays. The hotel is modern and clean and is located in a quiet section of Chemnitz. Walking distance to the city center and train station (15 minutes). Friendly staff, convenient to Keller Haus restaurant (oldest in Chemnitz), beautiful parks, free bike use during warmer months, and... More

Penta Hotel in Chemnitz is what you need when travelling in the Chemnitz region. It offers everything that a modern hotel should offer, the prices are sensible and the environment is beautiful. I would certainly recommend it in summer, but why not also in winter! I was very satisfied when i had my parents over.

Visit Chemnitz for business about once a year. Except once, always stay at Penta. This hotel is just very pleasant. Decor is light and nice. Rooms are good and spacious for European standards. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Has a gym, not huge, but having everything you need for a workout. Rate is very reasonable. In summary, have... More

A major problem of many German hotels (and shops, and apartments and offices) is the lack of a A/C in the guest rooms. Since the summers in Germany of the last decade are getting hotter and hotter this can mean a night without sleep, because the room is hot like a oven. But not in the pentahotel Chemnitz: The A/C... A good location if you want to visit the city's of Dresden and Leipzig. You can buy a Sachenticket and travel by train from 9.00 a.m in the morning until 3.00 (after midnight) the next day and this only costs 32.00 euro for 4 people. You pay 21.00 euro for the ticket and for every person that travels on it... More

Having arrived at the Hauptbahnhof late in the evening, it was a surprisingly long taxi ride to the hotel. In a quiet residential area, this hotel is quite modern - almost a little out of place near the church and slightly older houses. Staff pleasant and helpful. I would like to try a hotel more in the centre just to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights while at the nearby Motgp. The Hotel is located in a residential area. Good reception staff, large underground car park and plenty of free parking nearby. Quite a large hotel which was full but apart from early evenings the place didnt seem crowded. Rooms are pretty good, if a bit plain though. Breakfast was good... More

We stayed here for one night on a Germany trip on our way from Bavaria to the airport. The hotel is located in the Schlossberg neighborhood of Chemnitz and is only a few minutes away from a few parks and restaurants. We were four travelers and stayed in an air-conditioned suite on the top floor that was relatively reasonably priced... More
