Just good value for the money, convenient located near the motorway, so a good clean place to stay a night if you are on the road with your own transport. I found the parking safe to leave my motorcycle for the night

“For an ETAP hotel this was very basic”

This was much more basic than expected compared with other ETAP hotels in europe. The only difference between this and a Formula 1 hotel was the fact the cubicle bath room was in the room. Fine if you are just stopping during a drive but not the sort of place you would stay for a holiday!
