We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. We booked this hotel because it is in the city centre and has a welness area. When we arrived in the hotel the staff was very friendly. Driving into Trier without any hotel reservations, I visited the local Tourist Information office. I provided them with my price range (under 80 euros) and this was one of the recommendations. For 69 euros, I received a typical single bed room in a very nice hotel. The hotel property and room were very clean and the staff was very pleasant.... more

We stayed at the Hotel Deutscher Hof for one night at the beginning of Easter on the way to Luxembourg. It was a nice quiet hotel but very effecient and helpful staff. Great value hotel, stayed for one night on business and it only cost 62euro. Staff were very helpful, the wi-fi wouldn't work on my laptop, and they guy at reception did everything he could to try and get it to work (which it didn't in the end, but I don't hold that against the hotel, that's just my laptop!). We stayed for 3 nights in Hotel Deutscher Hof. We are from Dublin Ireland and booked via the Ryanair website Staff were lovely and very helpful. Superb hotel. Very clean and beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food excellent. We left very early before breakfast and were provided with a packed lunch free of charge. This was one of our best stays ever! Nice rooms (not too much luxury but clean and everything you need) but a small bathroom, very very good food (cheap menus but tremendous food), extremely nice welness floor. Friendly people and in the middle of the city centre! Don't forget to take your bicycle with you! more
