Was what i expected. Nice hotel, kind staff, the room was clean. We didn't use the spa services or the breakfast, or the bar... We just wanted a place close to the center to make our shopping and for that it was perfect. I wouldn't mind to come back. More

Exceptionally very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and excellent evening meals. Nice welcome pack of fruit and drink in rooms, shame that the water bottle in room was charged at E2.50. This is a nice hotel, it is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the location is great. That being said, the beds were the worst, most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. The first two nights were okay, but then I started getting pressure points and things went downhill. It was worse than sleeping on the ground.... More

Quiet, clean room on the courtyard; comfortable bed (two twins pushed together to create a queen) and ample, tasty breakfast. The hotel has easy access to the major bike routes in and around Trier. Friendly, accommodating staff. A great place to begin a bike trip down the Mosel. More

Absolutely fantastic and solid value...but the internet is not free and not good. If you need internet, terrible wireless. Incredible clean and friendly staff, awaiting and complimentary Gluewein was a nice snowy winter touch! They do nickel and dime you for little things (parking, internet, etc.), yet the breakfast (not free) is superb! More
