I stayed here over the Christmas/New Year period 2010. The hotel is in an excellent location and easy walking distance from the main attractions of Trier. The welcome was warm and friendly on arrival. The rooms, although smaller, have everything you need except a view to speak of. (But this is a city centre location). I only ate breakfast in...

We stayed at this hotel in October 2011. It is off the main thoroughfare and we had asked for a quiet room. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our room was clean with good linen and towels. Breakfast was good and generous. Our only gripe was the fluctuating heat in the shower. It is a walk-in wet room type. I...

The location is great in the sense of proximity to the sights of Trier. The hotel has an amazing Italian restaurant at the entrance and other restaurants and shops are just steps away. It is not in the pedestrain zone and therefore slightly off the center which was nice to get away. However, the location within the narrow alleys of...

Not a bad hotel - pretty average - the staff was great though. Those on the front said the street was noisy but on the back you are overlooking aprt patios and they do party late.
We stayed in Primavera Hotel for 3 nights in June 2010. The location was perfect for us - close to the shopping/tourist area, but a bit off the central streets and with hotel parking. Besides, the weekend we were there, there was some street event going on with beer tents, music stages and loads of people strolling the streets, so,...

Located on a side road off a plaza in Trier. Restaurants, historic sites are within walking distance. About a 20 minute walk from the train station. Staff friendly and helpful. Room simple and adequate. At least 3 sides face streets or alleys. If windows need to be opened (no A-C), it can be very noisy. Breadfast was fine.
We stayed 4-in-a-room for one night only. The room provided everything we needed: 2 of us slept on a sleeper-sofa. The bathroom was small, but tidy with hairdryer. Pros: Location in downtown Trier was close to everything (including Karl Marx house, Dom, Cathedral and Porte Nigra). The hotel also had its own parking area. Breakfast was good and WiFi was...

I booked a family room using the web-site booking.com.
The booking worked out very well.
The family-room no 305 had two excellent beds and one bed-sofa with two hard narrow uncomfortable beds.
We are a family 2 adults (49) and 2 teenagers (15). The teenagers who slept on the bed-sofa complained quite a lot.
The atmosphere was not very friendly...

OK hotel, but nothing above average. VERY good Italian restaurant. Breakfast was nice too. Good location, close to city centre. Parking across the street. Friendly staff.
