We stayed here for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) having selected it based upon other Tripadvisor reviews. There is no need to repeat the superlatives about the breakfast, rooms, decor etc. We agree. The service was very attentive and helpful without being intrusive.
The situation is close to some of the major Roman sites but about 20 mins walk from...

Couldn't have been better! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. The breakfast was amazing. Imagine every delicious treat you would want to eat - fresh breads, meats, fruits, every kind of spread, then you sit at your table and the waitress brings you an egg made to order...

Nice hotel. Best breakfast ever.
However, for one reason or the other i could not sleep in the comfortable bed. During breakfast I heard other guest (mainly elderly couples) also complain they had not slept very well.

Friendly helpful staff, modern decor over several floors but with a traditional atmosphere, good facilities (the indoor pool was opposite our room), and a grand view towards the city from our balcony, or of the red squirrels foraging in the tree alongside completed the picture....

Very nice B&B. The restaurant food was good. The menus were in German, but the waitress took the time to translate it for us. Parking lot is tight and small. Rooms were large and clean. Wifi was free but a little slow.
