This hotel is 15 minutes walking through the shopping centre area to Porta Nigra. It is a safe area. The room was nice and clean with a big window. It has free wifi but it was a little bit slow. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would go again.

I expected more. The bed was terrible and after 6 o'clock it was very difficult to sleep because of the light in the room. The price for breakfast was, in my opinion, to high (16€pp). On the other hand there is a nice bar.

Fancy hotel, fantastic breakfast, welcoming personnel. Very good location if you want to have a walk in the city centre, car parking is available for a small extras. Wi-fi could be faster and limited international TV Channels.

Went for a romantic weekend trip and did not disappoint great decor, they have put a lot of effort into making this place a memorable stay, only let down is the very costly breakfast, but got to enjoy the local bakeries treats

Very well located, personnel is great and ambiance is perfect for contrast between work and relax. Gym is very well equipped. Amenities are nice. Vending machines with water, beverages and beer. Breakfast is a complete offer for all tastes and regimes.

Great lounge, well designed and with very cosy seats. Excellent drinks. The room was not very spacious, but it was tidy and clean. Location is perfect. Within minutes you are in the center of Trier. Breakfast was excellent, with regard for quality and all well prepared (superb scrambled eggs, freshly baked bread...). The only negative comment was the bed: the... More

Stay again this December. Breakfast is very good. You do get use to the hotel decor (design). The heaven and hell lifts. I've not been told that one goods to hell and the other ones goes to heaven. Glitter heaven, slate to hell, but may be the other way found. Clearly checking out the downstairs loos the designer spent too... More

The reception is the bar. Never seen before. The first room assigned was still not prepared at 7 pm. The second one was already occupied (you can imagine the scene...) Waiting for the cleaning, we asked to go to the restaurant: we were invited to accomodate in a corner. The menu was very limited and the same as a fast... More
