About a mile from the central train station. It was certainly not in an upscale area but as a single woman, I still felt reasonably safe. The young male manager was great - helpful and friendly. more

This a small hôtel with excellent service. It is quiet, clean, rooms are made daily, the breakfast is excellent (cereails, yoghurts, juices, tee, coffee, hot chocolat, cheese, ham, excellent bread, boiled or scrambled eggs - all this on free service basis). the manager is friendly and speaks good English. The have a garage for 6€ extra; Internet wi-fi is free... more

We stayed at this place for a week in March/April 2008. There was some slight apprehension upon arrival as we had read that the hotel was in a seedy area but I wouldn’t concur with that assessment. Nackstrasse is a residential street with flats and quite quiet. I felt safe when out walking, including during the hours of darkness. The... more

A small hotel in an apartment block about 5 minutes walk from the station. It is in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and the man at reception speaks good English. My room was large. Overall it was very good value. more
