The staff are top notch. I originally had a reservation at the other Hilton in Mainz, but was able to transfer the booking over to Mainz City without too much fuss. Check-in was smooth and I was upgraded to a larger room. The room itself was fairly ordinary, but the attentiveness of the staff made up for it. more
