Unbeatable location directly opposite the main station, but as the windows are soundproof there is no noise from either the station or the trams and buses out front. I had a "Comfort" single room, at the top of the hotel as I'd requested in advance, and which had a very comfortable bed and a desk with enough power outlets for... More

Nice hotel, well-situated near train station, shops, and restaurants. Easy 15-minute walk to old town. We had a comfortable, nicely appointed room. Excellent wide screen Samsung HD TV. Bathroom is small but adequate. Shower is triangular-shaped and tiny. I'm slender and found it to be small; I can't imagine a larger person being able to move inside. No bathtub, for... More

Stuff not so friendly - I arrived sooner, they took the luggage, there was no early check in offer. The room 16 was just ugly, with a superbe view in back, where one could see only other windows. It was clean though. The billing came with a huge surprise, as they added some extra fees without noticing. As it was... More

As the title says, I didn't find anything special about this hotel. My single room was very small and the single bed was very uncomfortable with something sticking out of the mattress. There was only one pillow, a useless soft thing and the room was too cold, even though I turned the heating up. After tossing and turning for hours,... More

It's not a special hotel. I don't quite understand what should be interesting to stay here. Except for that it's just opposite of the main station's entrance. The hotel lobby is tiny. Breakfast is nothing special, very small! Staff are nice though. The single room is really small, just enough space for your luggage and yourself to turn around once.... More

We arrived in Mainz late in the evening by train and it was a pleasure to be able to cross the square in front of the railway station and fall straight into this hotel. Check in was fast and efficient and our room was lovely. A decent size, with everything you could need and most importantly with decent double glazing... More

Stayed here 1 night recently....room was pretty good size for Europe...hotel is modern & clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast & wifi included in price. Parking was 9 euro overnight at an underground garage a short distance down an adjacent street. The railroad station is across the street so it is very busy in the area. When we arrived there were... Nice hotel with a great air con system - nice and cool - large enough rooms with a good bathroom - no toiletries just the squeeze stuff in the shower and hand basin. Pillows are a bit interesting - typical for Europe - big and too soft. HA! Breakfast was great - nice scrambled eggs, cold meats and fresh baked... More

A stop over on a 16 night euro road trip and this was probably one of the less attractive hotels. I did park up outside to unload but probably shouldn't have. I got directions to parking and the parking ticket also gave us access to all public transport which was a good thing. Location is central but a bit grubby.... More
