Lovely hotel on the bank of the Rhine. Hubby & I stayed there with friends at the beginning of February and found the hotel to be lovely. The rooms were of a good size and were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a beautiful view of the Rhine. Staff were friendly and helpful.... more

Having booked a superior double room on the hotel website we were disappointed on arrival to be told that there were no doubles left only twins pushed together. The hotel was completely refurbished this Summer and the bedrooms will all be very good once they have solved their teething problems. Located close to the pedestrised town center. The hotel offers good clean overnight accommodation., Rated a 4 star (we think 3 star is nearer the mark particualry when compared with the Crowne Plaza Heidleberg where we also stayed).
