It is a special concept - loft, retro, art, minimal... A good place if you really have to sleep and still do some job after a working day. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The decor is a matter of taste, but you feel that is not enough professional. Staff was friendly and flexible with check-in and check-ot,... More

Arrived at the hotel at 12, knowing that couldn't check in till 3 but the woman behind the desk told us no problem and we had a choice of 4 art rooms and she kindly handed us the keys to choose our room. One room had a boat and a sauna, another looked like it was something out of sci... More

Though the concept of amateur artists decorating the place is kind of cool, the service and hospitality part is sadly missing with this hotel and you feel like you are sleeping in someone's workshop or studio. It had a cold and creepy feel to it and the phone, t.v. & water jug looked like they were 1970's at best. The... More

First the good. The hotel is spotless clean. Now the bad. The restaurant was open Monday & Tuesday and that's it. Its 1-1.5 miles to the nearest restaurant. You couldn't even buy a cup of coffee in the hotel. My room had a TV, but not plugged in to power, or ariel and no remote. The shower and toilet were... More

Hi There, I'm an assistant for a worldwide group and have booked a room at the Art Fabrik for some colleagues a few weeks ago. Their feedback was very negative, they said their rooms were very dirty and uncomfortable. They asked me not to book anymore in this hotel.

3 out of 4 showers were cold. Nothing worse than a cold shower when you just need to warm up. Had to call to get heat operating and even cool when it did work. Intermittent wifi at best. they had to reset it constantly. Think it was overwhelmed with too many people using it at once. Not what a guest... More

The restaurant was closed on Monday, the wi-fi was done. No action from the reception to sole it. I would think one more time before book. Room, bathroom very good! The breakfast was nice. The hotel is located in the fabric area, no restaurant in the near area.

This place is fantastic. We paid about $50 for the room and the place was almost empty, so we were upgraded to one of the custom "art rooms" - really fantastic concept. There's a free gallery in the front lobby and a cozy restaurant upstairs. The room was comfortable, though a little cold. This is a really unique hotel with... More

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. Art is not a substitute for the relative luxury you could expect in a 4-star hotel. The entree was dirty, with leaves all over the place. Trouble with checking in, friends booked the room but we had problems getting our room keys. The receptionist was not exactly friendly. The Wifi did not work.... More
