Far cheaper than the best western down the road but also not as nice. It's tired and not up to normal ibis standards. The rooms are small, beds are hard and the decor is dated. On the plus side, it is quiet in the rooms. You have to pay for wifi.

This hotel with free parking is situated just outside the walls and so within easy walking distance of the centre, Dom and sights. Usual efficent Ibis service and standard breakfast Pillows to soft for me is my only criticism
Visiting our son who's currently serving in the forces. We have stayed at the Ibis about 4 times this year. The Ibis is terrific value, clean and tidy and the staff all speak excellent english (important for those of us who speak only a little german).
If your feeling hungry you are opposite a great choice of restaurants, Indian, chinese,...

Clean and modern facilities. Free WiFi and computer use in lobby, but WiFi not available in room without paying. 6 Euro for hotel parking.
Hotel located within walking distance of old town center (10/15 minutes).
Standard German buffet breakfast, but at 10 Euros extra per person, Americans find that $13/14 breakfast a little too costly for cold cuts, cereal, scrambled...
