Flew in late in the evening got to the hotel around 1230am, was warmly greeted by the friendly at reception. Parked the car in the hotels multi-storey. I was driving a SEAT Leon, the car park was that tight I felt I was driving a tank. Room was well average, thought the orange and brown tiling in the bathroom a... More

I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is fine, the room is nice and the breakfast was very good. The town centre is really nice and there was a wide variety of types of food to eat. Service at breakfast was fine and there were other Brits there.

A lovely hotel with attached car park which makes your arrival seamless. Reception very efficient and English is well spoken. The decor is in good order. The pool and sauna on the 8th floor is a good touch. The room is cramped but nicely presented with around 100 TV channels. The mattress was a big let down as I woke... More

well-equipped but tiny single rooms. housekeeping up to standard, and amenities complete. good breakfast buffet in a terrace like indoor setting. small bar downstairs, professional desk staff. very tight parking garage (chargeable) which requires ringing a bell to enter, not always answered promptly.

The hotel room was pretty good ans it was very clean and spacious. I got a double room with a couch, a table and a great bathroom. The room had a with view to Dumo and internet Wi-fi is free and it is good speed. The hotel has an excellent localization near to Paderborn centre, nice restauranta, and touristic attractions.... This was second stay at the Arosa and I really enjoy the experience. The staff look after you from the moment you arrive and are keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Easily the best hotel I have stayed at in Germany

Finding our way in was slightly tricky - there is a multi-storey car-park in the hotel which costs extra, not surprising in an inner-city area. The room was of a reasonable size. It had a safe but we could not get it to lock (didn't bother to complain, we were only there for 1 night). Good dinner in their own... More

We visited Paderborn for 2 nights to attend a wedding. Although it was bitterly cold outside (snow showers) the room was warm and comfortable. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were able to get an excellent meal in the chalet restaurant even after 10pm. Our room (602) had a great view over the old town and the cathedral,... More

I booked a superior double, as I was on a week-long business trip and want the use of a bath, as well as a shower, over that length of time. Checking in was efficient, though not smiley, warm or welcoming. However, this receptionist was the only staff member who was brisk and unfriendly, throughout my week there. The room was... More
