THe hotel is conveniently located at the Centro shopping Center. That is all the plus you get. The lobby is filled with smoke, the showers smell mouldy; toiletpaper, and soaps are not changed for new guests (yuck!), the rooms have a bad smoke smell, and the food tastes as if it was precooked a year ago. I was attending a seminar nearby so booked into the hotel for 3 nights. I booked a business room over the hotel group (Sol Melia) website which was to include a decent bed and complimentary mini-bar. Our entire floor was broken into..luckily I was in at the time and scared them away when I answered...I assumed it was someone trying to get into the wrong room.
