Hotel is good situated next to the city center. The rooms are standard Ibis, basic but little bit outdated. Breakfast were very simple. You have to pay all bills on arrival. Hotel staff bussy and unfriendly. Good only for one night stay.

Stayed here on business for two nights. A very clean hotel, with comfortable beds, no shortage of hot water, and quiet rooms. The staff were friendly, though not entirely attentive. Excellent location just a short walk from excellent shops and restaurants.

very good value in a decent hotel, very clean and quite spacious room. it is a short 10 minutes walking from Leverkusen-Mitte Bahnhof good location. I was there with a friend after a football game at Bayer Leverkusen. friendly girl at the reception desk. a lift is available, television in the room, clean overall in room and bathroom

ok - I have just returned from 4 days with my mum (who is not in great health) and my teenager (so no more!). The room was warm, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was absolutely fine, ok so not the Ritz - if you want that go and pay the price for it! The restaurant staff were more than helpful.... More

Location of the hotel is good. Very near to the train station and shopping mall/markets. Hotel staff is pathetic, not at all friendly, no sense of customer service. Internet is free only in the lobby and you need to pay separately for usage in the rooms.

Breakfast was a joke, heating was turned off at night (!!!), rooms were small, there were no basic amenities in the bathrooms, location was..., well it is located right next to the huge Bayer chemical factory so...
