The hotel is right next to the train station, in Krefeld. When you exist the station, just turn right and go for about 200 meters. I first reached the room to realize an awful and strong smell coming from the toilet, like it just been used by someone. Because it was, minutes before I entered. In the room was a... More

I chose a budget hotel because I did not want to pay more for fancy room just for a weekend, however, I did not expect it to be like this. Everywhere is dirty and smells bad(room, elevator, corridor) but specially the shower room. Think twice about booking this hotel, specially if you travel with kids.

This month I slept in this hotel while my partner was in the hospital. It's a very bad hotel !! The room was very small and the worst thing: after visiting the hospital I was very tired and just wanted to sit down. There is no chair in the room to relax. The breakfast was so bad, the 2nd morning... More

It's very close to the train statin and if you book with time you can get a double room for less than 45€ per night. The reception is almost always close, that's a problem. There is not key, you must rememember de code to open the doors. As other ibis budget, small rooms with carpet. A big bed and over... More

Impolite service. The floors have a smell of urine and mould. Both rooms smelled of cigaret smoke. The beds are alright. Next time I will pay 10-20€ more each night for a sufficient room in krefeld...

Ideally situated right by Krefeld Hauptbahnhof just a few minutes walk from the shopping centre. Standard Ibis Budget rooms. Reception is only open from 1700 in the evening so prior to that it is check in at the machine in the lobby. Subway sandwich shop just across the road is ideal for breakfast. A zone "B" VRR travel ticket gives... More

Coming out of train station head to the right and there it is, one floor up from street level. Reception only open from 17.00 - 22.00. The room is big, tv , toilet, shower I think three persons can sleep in it. Light can be turned away so it doesn´t disturb you in bed when sleeping. There is another Ibis... More

Used the hotel in relation with Dusseldorf Wine Fair. Ok hotell, clean, central in the Krefeld commune. A bit far from Messe. But very ok. Be carefull if late check in: you need a code and your credit card to log in and get in (and get your key). Cheap choice and good bargain.

The rooms are ugly, the building is ugly, the TV is tiny and ancient and the only English channel you will find is msnbc but it is cheap and it is a 2 minute walk to the train station and that is probably why you are thinking of staying there!. Location and price are the only advantages this hotel has.... More
