Stayed there for a week for business . It's a good business hotel especially that the region doesn't have many hotels etc.... The reception are friendly , free Wifi in rooms , good breakfast and a good access to the center of Hagen (10 min walk) and to a close-by restaurants ..... As the region is more business-oriented , I... More

Clean & compact hotel with good breakfast. A bit noise of the room faces front. No many shops or restaurant nearby. Entrance from parking area is like walking into a cave. It's a proper choice for business trip or short stay.

We stayed here for a night and the room we had was spacious & clean. We had a room looking into the park, so, we could leave the window open & we slept very well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

While public rooms look very modern and recently refurbished, our reminded us of the early 90s. Although bathroom and room itself were very clean, carpet and furniture looked tired and in desperate need of replacement. Bathroom lacked proper lightning and ventilation, even after a short shower you had to open the door to be able to breathe. As the room... More

Not a bad hotel. I wouldn't call it corporate, more 'middle management', the sort of place where, after a company booze-up you come down to the self-service buffet rather sheepishly because the night before you had a few too many and said things you wished you hadn't and now it was time to face the music. You pass the familiar... More

Very nice rooms but not sure if they had aircon, my window was open. No minibar which for some may be an issue. Good value for money and excellent breakfast. There is a nice old industrial estate area nearby with lots of restaurants if you do not want to eat in the hotel.

This is a large, busy, nice looking hotel. Nice common areas, good breakfast, good service from the reception, practical inexpensive parking, free wifi. But the room is not up to scratch: no minibar(!?) no bathroom amenities (just an budget hotel type of liquid soap on the wall) no sleepers very few thin tiny towels tiny duvet heating switched off in...
