The hotel is located centrally in Duisburg overlooking a quiet square away from the main roads, so it does not suffer from much noise. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free internet is available, although you have to apply for a ticket at reception. It is not obvious that you have to apply for a ticket because no information is... More

This hotel, where I stayed one night in December 2012, served its purpose very well. However it is not very close to the railway station, although you can walk inbetween but takes a short while. The room was a bit outdated, and would require a upgrade in my mind. Breakfast was classic but good quality and good service overall (almost... More

The hotel has a great location on the Dell Platz, thus very central and in walking distance of the train station and major sights of the city. It is very simple, more like a church accommodation, but quite fine. My room had the view over a parking lot, but I suppose that is Duisburg - many of the city's vistas... More

At checkout hidden cost appear(aprox 6e for city tax)! Other part of bill(89e for single room)was very high ill-adapted to conditions. Room really small however have to admit it was clean. TV a bit old, no kettle or safe box. Breakfast tasty but for scrambled eggs have to ask waitress.

This place showed promise on the website and at a price of €100 it appeared to be good value. Unfortunately appearances can be deceiving. The room I was given wash;t in the hotel but about 1/3 kilometer around the corner in another building. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and even made sure of its status while checking in.... More

I stayed for four nights. The hotel is correct, breakfast is good value with good german products. Rooms are simple, however ok and clean. Only seems a little bit too expensive for the type of hotel, but i think it's general rule in german hotels. They have a small pool, but it is not very welcoming in the basement.

Stayed two nights and room small but very clean, friendly helpful staff, very reasonable, fair breakfast. Stayed before and returned as location in town centre is good and plenty of restaurants/bars locally. Recommend Websters bar less than 100m from hotel and great food and superb home made beer. I was lucky weather good but no ac for the hot night... More

This hotel provided excellent facilities for the price we paid. We took a taxi from the station but without heavy bags you probably could have walked it in 10 minutes and the town centre was only a 5 minute walk. The room was a good size and clean and really comfortable. To be honest the hotel was only the only... More
