It was fine for the night. Wifi was free but very slow. Room was a bit dated and there was no tea/coffee facilities. Huge shower cubicle but shower itself poor. However the hotel was well located from the motorway and handy for a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of choice. Strange smell in the corridors though.... More

Seven of us stayed 30/04 - 03/05 in 4 rooms. The room given to my wife and I was a twin so we asked for a double and this was done with no fuss. One of the other rooms was on the lower ground floor, however, the management changed it themselves without asking. The duvet for a double is TINY!... More

Not given the requested room, everyone at reception has different justification for that. No clear policy on wi-fi connection. Staff is at best " doing their job" kind. Spa/Sauna is just for name sake. closes earlier than printed. Confused hotel ambience neither for business nor for leisure

The hotel seems OK but I got a room in the basement the room is OK but very basic and generally uninviting. No view and you have to pass through a service coridor The staff refuses to change my room even though people were checking in and out.

We booked the hotel as an overnight stop on the way to Gottingen and were very pleased with the deal. It's a pleasant place to stay with a good restaurant a few hundred yards up the road. The German youth football team were staying there at the time and the bar was closed while they were being interviewed. Decent breakfast... More

Nice hotel, not expensive very good breakfast, next to U-Bahn, 30 minutes from Düsseldorf train station. Excellent room service, very clean. Then only thing I didn't like was the smell entering the hotel. I think they should do something about it.

My colleagues in Duisburg made the first reservation for me as a convenient hotel near them but with all the amenities. Compared to similar hotels in the area, the amenities and ambience are great without the premium price. Many rooms have a sitting balcony overlooking the lake. The restaurant is a favorite of the local people due to the fine... More

Good business hotel with a good cost/quality ration. I stood here several nights, the staff is friendly the food is good and the hotel is close to the airport (15 min) of Dusseldorf. This hotel is one of the most convinient in Duisburg.

This hotel is located in the middle between Duisburg and Dusseldorf, and is not an obvious choice for people visiting either city. However in the times of high demand (e.g. Messe) this can be an reasonably inconvenient option. Hotel is located near Duisburg-Dusseldorf U-bahn line and the station (Kesselsberg) is 50m from the hotel. Getting to the hotel from the... More
