Having stayed for 5 nights in October 2014 I can only say that this hotel is a very modern hotel - maybe lacking atmosphere one finds in older hotels. The room was a standard room and it is large with a futuristic bathroom integrated in the room. Wifi is, like on most hotels, only of fair quality and not very... More

overall very nice stay, good, clean, modern. value for money. perfect place to stay to visit dusseldorf. close to tram lines. no crazy luxury but no bad remarks whatsoever. we stay here regularly, the staff is always friendly. they give good advice and help you save some money when possible as well.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice design. Huge windows. (some reviews say the hotel has 16 floors. they're confusing it with another hotel. the hotel only has 5 floors.) It says free wifi, but don' count on the wifi. It's terrible. You get disconnected all the time, and when it works it's very slow. Asked the hotel about it,... More

Really nice, clean, modern hotel, room was great, price fair for quality, and the Sky Bar on floor 16 for breakfast / drinks, had a great view and lovely food. All in all good value for money, would happily return and would look out for other Melia hotels.

If you need a bed, breakfast and a cold drink then ok. But until you stay here you will realise that we do require so much more even if for 1 night. Some staff training in hospitality would be recommended, but I can't help but feel the staff attitude is a reflection of their work environment.

Very modern, designer hotel, with comfortable bed and good shower, great views from the restaurant (on the 16th floor BTW), with good healthy breakfast.....let down by a useless gym and the lifts, which service offices as well as 16 floors of hotel, and take 10mins to come in the mornings. The checkin was a shambles, as they could not find... More

We stay there cause we where expositors at Interpack Duesseldorf 2014. The Hotel is well located and the Fair is very near the hotel but the city centre as well. The room was very large, the bathroom both tube as well as shower, the kitchen. The restaurant very good, the bar very freak, everything very easy chic. SPA in the... More

The rooms are very quiet and well appointed. The design is very modern but with a great shower, comfortable bed, and good climate control you don't mind the glass doors and chrome. There is a nice bar on the lobby level and good service overall. Only downside is that it can take a while to check in or check out... More

On first glance a slightly trendy hotel that clearly looked a lot better in a polo neck-clad architect's mind than in reality. A structure built using precast concrete and then assembled in 57 minutes while the surrounding structures were assembled. As such, it just feels odd. My room had as a feature, the shower in a glass cube in the... More

Very disappointing.. Below expectations. - No wifi in the room unless I pay 5 euro per day! - No tea or coffee in the room! - The steam room in the spa wasn't working! - The house keeping once told us at 1 PM that she must clean the room now or she will leave to her home! - Also... More
