This is a very basic hotel but is spotlessly clean throughout, has fantastic (and very helpful staff), and very comfy beds. The room contains TV, en-suite, a bottle of water, but no tea or coffee. WiFi is provided free of charge but is intermittent at best. It works fine in the lobby, but as you get higher (my room was... More

We booked this hotel for a long weekend in the city and we're happy with our choice . This is a basic but spotlessly clean budget option in a great location . The hotel provides you with a travel pass for the duration of your stay which is very helpful indeed and there are excellent transport links across the city... More

The hotel is 2 minutes from the railway station in a busy area. There are lots of simple restaurants around, many Turkish. Next door is the small restaurant Palazzo with outdoor seating where I had a very nice paste with shrimps. The room is basic but the bed very comfortable, which is most important. Very clean, a good shower and... More

I liked the free water bottles (2 of them), you also get a card to use the public transport for 2 full days for free with only having booked one night with them. Breakfast was decent enough (no warm food).

To get from the airport to the Düsseldorf Main Rail Station (Düsseldorf Hbf/Hauptbahnhof) and CVJM Düsseldorf HOTEL & TAGUNG there are two options you either find your way down in the cellar under Terminal C to the local railway station and board line S11 or you take the 7-minute ride with the automatic Sky Train to Train station Düsseldorf Airport... Reviewed this hotel in November 2012 and everything I said about it then applies today. Still a great small budget hotel. I noticed in my previous review, that I paid £143 for a two night weekend break with Jet2 which include the flights and hotel per person. The deal was even better this time at £122 per person for the... More

Arriving late in the evening after a long day it was lovely to be greeted and swiftly checked in by the receptionist. The room was extremely bright and comfortable and I was even left a sweet on my pillow each day. Most of all surprisingly quiet probably as I was lucky to be allocated a room at the back of... More

We had two rooms and my experience was better than my companion's. I had a comfortable double bed, but he had a single, and the single was quite tiny, though he had a large bathroom (std Euro shower tho). Front desk was really friendly and helpful, however, and they made up for some otherwise unpleasant things. We had an early... More

The staff is very polite, breakfast buffet pretty ok, large rooms and good heating (adjustable). It's a good place place to stay when on a business trip. My impression was that this was a residential block (apartments) that were remodelled to be hotel rooms. Bathroom is larger that you would expect to find in a hotel.
