For a 5-star hotel this hotel is entirely underwhelming. The rooms are very non-chalant and appear similar to any other, mainstream hotel chain. We were also disappointed that access to the gym, sauna/steam room, and pool costs an additional 15 euro per person per business day. Again, for a hotel that portrays itself as a luxury, upper-class hotel many things... More

Nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast. All a bit expensive, not good that gym (yes, I know it is a Holmes Place...) charges hotel guests. Check out was a bit odd. The only questions that were asked were: Have you used the minibar and have you used the internet? Instead of, was everything ok for you during your stay? Also, it is... More

I spent two nights in the InterContinental Dusseldorf for a 3 day workshop. The room and the hotel grounds are very clean and modern. The service attitude and attentiveness of the staff is also very impressive. Although most business trips dont allow for much relaxation, I was able to recharge here. I hope to visit again soon!

The InterContinental Dusseldorf was our base for visiting Dusseldorf at the end of a recent trip to Germany, and it was certainly a good choice. Standards throughout the hotel are consistently high, and from arrival to departure we were impressed by the standard of hospitality and service. The property shares its frontage with offices which are integrated with the development;... More

Paid 270 euro for one night. I like this hotel, it's well run, up to date, and modern. Good business facilities. If you need WiFi, ask for an adaptor in your room.

Being a Priority Club Member since 2003, it would've been nice to have access to the Club Room, which was not the case. Although I was satisfied with my room and the service, I would not stay here again. I'd rather pay a little less or more and go somewhere nearby instead.

Loved Dusseldorf!!!! Great City, Fabulous Shopping and not just at high end boutiques that we see in every city. The Intercontinental was fine. Pillows not comfortable. No pay per view TV movies. This was a problem since we suffered from jetlag and could not sleep at night. WiFi expensive in the rooms so we didn't use it. Surprisingly great food... More

I am a regular Cologne visitor. In the past I stayed at the InterContinental Cologne, now a Dorint hotel. For my last visit, I did choose the InterContinental Dusseldorf. This because I am an IC Ambassador with a free weekend night voucher to spend. Normally I would not have chosen it, but I will consider it in the future, even... More
